Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Withdrawal period

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

2. Return conditions

• The product must be new, unused and in its original packaging

• Any product that is damaged, incomplete or shows signs of use cannot be refunded.

3. Return costs

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is ours (defective or non-compliant product).

4. Reimbursement

• The refund will be made within 7 working days after receipt and inspection of the product.

• The refund will be made via the same payment method as the initial order.
